Head of Sales FOREX
- provides functional sales leadership
- allocates targets and resources in support of the sales plan
- monitors sales performance versus plan and takes corrective actions as needed
- manages, develops and motivates staff to provide professional sales capability
- manages and has the full responsibility for the company’s operations, people, assets (P&L).
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership/management role in Forex or Binary options company
- international responsibility is an advantage
- educated to Degree level
- English is mandatory
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skill set.
- Excellent people management skills to build a strong and result oriented team, experienced in leadership, previously worked in leadership position.
